When you return from winter break it’s time to get to work. We will follow the listed days, dates, and times unless otherwise noted.
Please wear indoor shoes or tennis shoes, bring water, and a ball to all training sessions.
Thursday nights we will be in Gym B. Sundays we will have a 2-part training: Agility/Fitness with SpeedBoosters and skill training.
While these sessions are not mandatory they will assist you with your preparations for the season. If you are currently in season with Basketball, Swimming, Wrestling, Cheerleading, Pantherettes (if I missed something I apologize, but if you are on a roster for a Mehlville Winter Sports group you must inform your coach and they must approve your participation).
